Digital ideas into practice.
Helping people
move forward.

I am Kaya Regel. With RegelPro, I build websites, simplify digital workflows and teach you how to use AI in practice — in person, in Russian or German.

For independent professionals, small businesses and organisations looking to solve a specific task — with one person supporting you from the first idea to practical use.

What would you like
to solve next?

We can build a solution together, or you can learn to use digital tools yourself. Together, we decide what you need.

Websites & web applications

Modern websites, landing pages and simple web applications: with a clear structure, suitable forms and guidance on maintaining them.

AI in everyday work

I help you choose suitable AI applications for text, documents, research and information processing, and integrate them into a clear workflow.

Training & workshops

Hands-on learning with real tasks: from an introduction to AI to workflows and first digital projects. The aim is to apply skills independently, not just watch.

Who is it for?

For independent professionals and aspiring founders, small businesses, associations and social organisations. I also support education providers with practical courses and workshops.

IN-PERSON TRAINING & WORKSHOPS

Artificial intelligence:
learn by doing.

Go beyond seeing what AI can do: work with it yourself on a task relevant to your job, business or personal project.

In person · Russian or German · Sign language by arrangement

AI & ChatGPT: the basics

Apply the basics: describe tasks, provide context, check answers and recognise common limitations.

AI & ChatGPT: the next level

Structure more complex tasks, work with documents and information, and improve results systematically.

Tailored AI training for businesses

Training based on your actual processes: identify suitable uses, try solutions and define where human oversight is needed.

AI workshop: bring your own task

Bring a specific task. Together, we develop, test and improve a solution that fits your everyday work.

AI-assisted workflows

Connect research, text, files and spreadsheets into a clear process, instead of starting over with isolated questions.

From idea to digital prototype

Explore the path from an idea through requirements and testing to a first prototype, using AI-assisted development tools.

AI as a personal learning companion

Set learning goals, adapt explanations to your level, practise and check your understanding, with AI as a learning aid.

From idea to your own offer

Define your audience, the problem and your service clearly, then turn them into an understandable offer for a website, conversation or presentation.

Turn learning into practical skills

Participants work with explanations, live demonstrations, exercises and supporting materials. Depending on the format, they develop a use case, a clear workflow or an initial prototype.

All training and workshops take place in person, in Russian or German: one-to-one, in small groups or within a company. We agree on the content, duration, level and location together. Exercises use suitable anonymised or fictional examples.

A sign-language format is possible by prior arrangement. Please specify the sign language you need in your enquiry so we can agree on how to provide it.

COMMON CHALLENGES

Does this
sound familiar?

Examples of possible tasks — not client testimonials.

“Our website no longer reflects who we are.”

We reorganise your content and offer, then build a clear, up-to-date website around them.

“We keep copying the same data.”

We examine the workflow and identify steps that could be connected or automated.

“Our knowledge is spread across too many documents.”

We explore an internal knowledge search with defined sources, appropriate access rights and answers that can be checked.

HOW WE WORK

Understand. Build.
Test. Use independently.

You do not need a fully formed technical idea. A specific task or everyday problem is enough to begin.

  1. 01

    Get to know each other

In a free first conversation, we discuss your needs and find out whether and how I can help.

  2. 02

    Agree on the scope

You receive an offer with clear services, costs and next steps. A detailed analysis or concept is agreed separately.

  3. 03

    Build & test

We review intermediate results together and test the solution against the agreed requirements.

  4. 04

    Handover & support

You receive an understandable introduction. Maintenance and further development can be agreed as additional services.

PERSONAL SUPPORT

Kaya Regel.
The person behind RegelPro.

Kaya Regel in a light blazer beside the RegelPro lettering: Digital. Human. Effective.

RegelPro brings together my digital development and personal training services. As Kaya Regel, I help you turn a task into a clear next step.

I combine hands-on work on digital applications with attention to the people who use them. I care not only about what is technically possible, but also whether it stays understandable and useful in everyday life.

That is why building, explaining and trying things together are part of the same process for me.

Technology supports. People decide.

My aim is not to replace people with AI. I want to reduce unnecessary routine and help people assess results for themselves.

We use fictional or suitably anonymised examples for exercises. Sensitive information should not be entered into an AI tool without checking the implications.

MY OWN PROJECTS

A closer look
at my work.

Two projects of my own show how I turn content and digital ideas into practice. You can visit the author website directly; Mein Wir is still in development.

Mein Wir is my own project for people who need support, their families and, in the future, professional teams. It aims to make personal wishes, habits and everyday information easier to access.

What the project illustrates

My approach: starting with a human need in everyday life and developing and testing a digital solution step by step. The demonstration does not establish that the product is ready for real-world use.

Free use for individuals and a paid subscription for organisations are planned.

GOOD TO KNOW

Clarity before
the first step.

Key questions about working together.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on the scope, existing content and required features. After our initial discussion, you receive a tailored offer, including any ongoing costs for hosting, tools or support. A detailed analysis or concept is commissioned separately if needed.

Do I need to know exactly which technology I need?

No. Describe what is not working well and what you would like to improve. Together, we decide on a useful next step and whether a website, automation or AI could help.

Can we keep using my existing website?

We check that first. Depending on its technical condition, access and your goals, targeted improvements may be the right choice. A complete rebuild is not always necessary.

What happens after completion?

Handover and an introduction are defined in the project scope. Ongoing maintenance, support and further development can be agreed separately.

How is the scope of work defined?

Before starting, we agree on goals, scope, responsibilities, costs and data handling. A demonstration is not yet a production-ready system. Any specialist technical or legal review needed is planned separately.

THE FIRST CONVERSATION
