This notice explains the processing of personal data when you visit this website or contact RegelPro.

Germany
Email: regelprokaya@gmail.com

2. Hosting and access data
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA. Requests involve technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested file, browser details and response status. The purposes are serving pages, diagnosing errors and preventing misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a secure, reliable website. The website cannot be delivered without connection data.
Processing on our behalf is covered by the data processing agreement included in Netlify’s hosting terms. Netlify uses an international network, including the USA. The agreement provides for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, EU standard contractual clauses for transfers. Details and safeguards: Netlify data processing agreement.
We maintain no visitor database and have not enabled visitor analytics. Retention of technical data depends on the need to provide and secure the service, investigate specific incidents and meet legal obligations. We do not have confirmation of one fixed deletion period for all Netlify logs. Information on Netlify’s processing: Netlify privacy notice.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The page code sets no cookies and uses no script-controlled browser storage such as Local Storage. Normal browser caching of page files is a separate technical function. No analytics, advertising pixels, newsletters, accounts or booking services are included. The website creates no personal profiles and makes no automated decisions.
The current website does not need analytics or marketing cookies. It does not load corresponding services that would require consent under section 25(1) TDDDG. Therefore, there is no cookie-consent button. Consent requirements will be reassessed before any additional services are added.
The “Cookies & privacy” information notice appears on every newly loaded page. You can expand or collapse it. It does not request consent; your click is neither stored nor transmitted and does not authorise any additional data processing.
4. Local fonts and images
Manrope, Lora and the images are served as files with this website. Loading a page does not contact Google Fonts servers, image platforms or AI services for these assets. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
5. Links and contact
External links, such as those to the Kaya Regel author website or the data protection authority, open the respective website only when clicked. RegelPro sends no referrer information. The linked service has its own privacy notice. Email and phone links pass the contact to your configured application. When an email draft opens, your mail provider may process or synchronise data before you send it. Sending addresses the message to the controller’s Gmail inbox. Please do not include health data or confidential documents in an initial enquiry.
5a. Direct contact
This website has no contact form, input fields or function for preparing or sending messages. Contact is voluntary and is not required to visit the website. You can call or write an email yourself. The telephone or email providers involved process the data needed for that communication.
6. Enquiries by email or phone
Your contact details and information from your message or phone call are used to handle your enquiry. For enquiries relating to a contract, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other business enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and the interest in responding. Messages are deleted when no longer needed for this purpose, unless statutory retention duties or legitimate reasons require further storage.
We use the consumer version of Gmail for email. Google processes the sender address, message content, any attachments and technical delivery data; Google Ireland Limited, Ireland, is responsible for users in the EEA. Google provides no data processing agreement for this version of Gmail and describes itself as an independent controller. For phone calls, the telecommunications providers involved process connection data to handle the call. Please do not initially send health data or confidential documents through these contact channels.
Google also processes data outside the EEA, particularly in the USA. Google refers to adequacy decisions, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses where required. Information about recipients, retention and transfer safeguards: Google privacy policy; Google data transfer framework.
7. Your rights
Where personal data is processed, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability under the applicable legal conditions. Any consent given can be withdrawn for the future.
Right to object under Article 21 GDPR
You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. To do so, contact the controller identified above.
You may complain to a data protection authority, particularly where you live or work or where a suspected infringement took place. For the stated business address, the competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony: Information on complaints.
